Your safety is my top priority therefore, as I hold a Mountain Leader Award from the Mountain Leader Training Board (MLTB), which is the governing body for mountain sports in the UK and Ireland, I operate under a set of standard operating procedures.
Participants are expected to disclose any relevant medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate safely. If you experience any discomfort, medical concerns, or issues during the hike, please inform the Mountain Leader immediately.

As a leader, I reserve the right to modify the agreed itinerary if necessary to ensure the safety and welfare of the group.

Please ensure you are adequately prepared for the hike in the mountains and follow all safety instructions provided by the leader.
Anyone who fails to follow health and safety instructions or whose behaviour poses a risk to the group may be excluded from the activity.
I also reserve the right to make this decision if I believe someone may jeopardise the group's well-being.
Participation under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited. Anyone suspected of being under the influence will not be allowed to join the hike.

By joining a guided hike, you accept full responsibility for your own safety and well-being and agree to follow the instructions of the Mountain Leader at all times.
You will be asked to read and sign the Hiking Release of Liability & Waiver of Claims. Your signature/agreement is required to take part in the adventure. The document will be shared with you prior to the hike—please read it thoroughly.
